Other than the dealing with all the codes, the place is awesome. Close to downtown, in a nice neighborhood with plenty of places to eat and drink.

The property and location were terrific, but the mattress was hard like a futon, and the couch was even harder; it felt like it was made from cardboard. The check-in system was the biggest challenge, besides the bed and sofa. It was unclear where the front door was or how to find the entrance to the garage. The garage is not on the same street as the entrance (in an alley), and the check-in did not offer an address to make it easy to find. When I called, the call center was not even sure.

The property was nice. It could use a little more cleaning. The stove top had crusty gunk on it and the baseboards could use cleaning. Other than that it was nice. One thing I would like to share is that your room number is not easily recognizable on your check in passport. If they could get that corrected somehow it would be helpful. It would have been helpful to have more than just 1 roll of toilet paper. We were in a two bedroom two bath. We liked our stay and would book again.

Stayed at CozySuites this weekend from out of town to watch a play at the IRT and visit the Newfield Museum. The property is in a very good location near restaurants and boutique shopping. The room was clean with a spacious bathroom, and a great view of the neighboring Rathskeller patio. I would normally rate a 5 out of 5, however, my wife and I experienced EXTREMELY poor service. Upon check-in, we were offered early check in, which would have been very helpful as our play was at 5pm (check in at 4pm), this was later rescinded by the property. Furthermore, upon check in our reservation said we had room #12, when looking around the property we couldn’t find the room, after 15 minutes we called the help line and they gave us our correct room (208) and code to get in. During our search we ran into another couple in the elevator who were looking for #38, we had to tell them to call the help line for their correct room. Very poor communication. Upon checking out, we received a text asking if we would like a late check out which I responded “Yes”. Then I received a response that a late check out was not available. I completely understand if this needs to be approved, but if you are not going to award these extensions don’t offer them. Lastly, the cleaning crew walked in on my wife early, prior to the check out deadline. Didn’t knock the door, UNLOCKED the door and just walked in! The Studio Suite was clean and comfortable. The only difficulty was in accessing the building. I needed 4 different codes upon arrival. Garage, building, elevator and room. After I got my fob, everything was much easier. I’d stay there again and I recommend it.

Very nice property and the people running it where very friendly, helpful and communicative during the process

Well… where do I begin? From the initial booking, there were issues. I was asked to complete verification from my “boarding pass.” I completed this right, with photos, id card etc. right after booking. Over the next couple days I got several emails and texts to do it again. I actually did it all again on the morning of our stay. Finally verified but did not receive our check in information until I called minutes before our 4 o’clock reservation. When we finally received the link, some of the directions were not clear or correct. No address on the building, directions to enter parking garage were not accurate and no mention on which spaces to use until we were actually in the unit. On all reservation info it said Cozy Suites # 31. Sure thought that was the unit number but no. Had to call back again to be instructed the room number was in a tiny little font below bl20 515. No mention that this was the room number. We were finally able to get in and settled. Thank god there was a bar right across the street!! As we walked out of our room, there were two men with phones out looking dumbfounded. We knew exactly that the problem was! Poor ups were having the same issues finding the building, where to park and we thought this was our room number. Glad we we able to help and avoid another angry phone call. Beyond all that needing to be clarified on your end in the future, the place was lovely in a great location! Clean up your directions and put on address on the building!

The initial check in instructions were confusing. Thankfully we had other residents who had the same issues who stopped and assisted us with the check-in procedure. We also had some issues with supplies. The person we were communicating with checked in and responded well, but the actual delivery of what was needed was slow. (Ran out of toilet paper and didn't get any dropped off until late in the afternoon, had already gone out to purchase some).
