The location was excellent, In the heart of the city and close to everything.

The new using a QR code to get into the place takes a little bit of time.

The venue’s location was ideal — right in the heart of the CBD and within walking distance of the company I visited, which made it very convenient. The apartment itself was well-maintained, clean, and perfectly suited for a short stay. It offers a comfortable space for one or two people, making it a great option for a few nights. Overall, very comfortable.

Collecting the key was far from straightforward. Instead of receiving it at check-in, I had to take a 10‑minute walk to pick it up. For someone unfamiliar with the area, this could be quite challenging. The owners insisted they had no staff available to deliver the keys, which was disappointing. Another issue arose with the facial recognition access system in the lifts. The system scans your face before allowing you to select the floor you’re booked on. On my second night, the lifts malfunctioned — they refused to accept my floor selection, forcing me to exit on the 17th floor instead of the 6th and try another lift, with no improvement. At one point, I was stuck inside for several minutes, and the intercom provided no response. When I raised this with Security, I was told this was common behavior for the lifts. Even so, the experience was unsettling.

I did not order breakfast, had to go buy from an outlet and it was easy to go because it was nearby.

Coming from outside Cape Town, the keys are not so easy to get, keeping them so far one had to struggle getting there by taxi.

The amenities were great, the view and security was very friendly

The communication around the QR code and collecting the keys was frustrating. We arrived to collect the key 10-15 minutes early in the hopes to be settled into the hotel by 15:00 so we could relax but had to wait until 15:00 for the cleaner lady to arrive with the key We made our way to the hotel only to be told by security that we needed a QR code which we had no idea about. It was stressful because we could not get hold of the agent until the handyman arrived and gave us the correct phone numbers, by that time I was upset because we were embarrassed standing downstairs not knowing what to do. We only got up to our room at around 15:50 Please streamline your communication to avoid such especially with all the scams going around lately because at some point when no one was answering my calls I thought I’d been scammed

I was told that i am double booked and only notified 30mins after check in (15:30pm). I was requested to leave the premises with no refund and a place to stay, also security to escort me out. The manager didn't even looked/book for me an alternative accommodation. This was a total disaster weekend to travel and only to evicted when money was received and bookings confirmed. THIS ACCOMMODATION IS RUNNING A SCAM ON TRAVELERS

The location of the apartment was comfortable.

1. The toilet bucket was leaking water underneath. 2. The Biometrics Check In was not functioning properly. As a result I couldn't check in with my identification and facial. 3. Clients check in keys should be communicated clearly as to where to collect the keys. This was my most frustrating situation I've encountered on that evening. Janine doesn't have a clear of customer service.

Minor mishap but other than that it was very nice

Booking the second time, I was impressed the place was more cleaner than the first time. Wi-Fi still top notch. The fridge was clean. The was an improvement, I was really impressed location still perfect for me. Staff friendly and helpful, even people living in the building. Host was on call whenever we needed assistance huge and bonus improvement from first time we were there. I highly recommend the place.

Iyooo the scanning at reception coming in and out of the building, its something else. I understand is for security purposes but building managers need to come with alternatives especially when network it's a bit slow or if the is a system glitch.
