Villa Pieve De' Pitti

Very clean and beautiful villa with amazing landscape and nature.

Good location, secluded place, very nice yard and garden, very pleasent and helpfull host.

the location in the heart of Tuscany countryside, quirky decoration style of the property.

there’s quite a walk to do from the parking area and stairs to reach the rooms. The property is furnished in vintage style but some of the features are just too old (for example the tv in the bedroom). Soft mattress. Quite simple breakfast.

The location was perfect to explore South Tuscany with the car.

The fan was doable since the temperature was too hot. In the first night we opened the windows to cool the room down but we forgot the mosquitoes so that night was a nightmare for my wife who has extreme reaction with mosquito bites. Maybe fly screen would help it.

I just dream about next summer, cause we definitely decided to come back just for the sake of this amazing place, we were sorry we only booked two nights. The villa, the rooms, the pool, the view, those tuscany fields, the wine, Ida’s citrus pasta - PERFECT. And I am so critical in general. But it was exactly how i’ve imagined the life in tuscany. After leaving, we also stayed in a 5star villa in Montepulciano, but it only made the two of us regretting leaving this one. It is that real authentic tuscany sense, at its best, you are searching.

The food portions may seem two small, but it is just manner of taste. Afterall, it just makes you to finish before you regret eating too much.
