"Fantastic area, I would buy a house in that neighbourhood"

The house is very comfortable, the beds very comfortable. The area is quiet and the people are welcoming. I'd go back

the only flaws too small towel, no drying rack and few pots and cleaning products.

Great location for both travelling into Cirencester town centre and to the water park.

The front door could do with adjusting and the shower leaked however, it still worked ok.

"A good stay"

Good location, the property had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable in a quiet location. Parking just outside the front door. Kitchen facilities were good, and it was a good holiday.

The shower unit needs a repair, water is pouring out the bottom and needs a mat in the bath because it's slippery. Otherwise no problems.

Location good, easy to find, nice and quiet

Keysafe too high up, average person would not reach it. Slabs uneven at front door and rear patio making trip hazards, only 3 seats in front room and two seats on the patio area for a four person house. No dishwasher despite it being listed. No pegs, line or airer so washing machine pointless, shower unit on wall is faulty as water pours from its drain hole continuously when in use, water seepage onto floor is already showing on downstairs ceiling. The welcome folder needs work, there is not enough information in it. TV did not work until I discovered the aerial was unplugged, the handle on the lounge unit was loose, no instructions for the central heating which did not appear to be on so no hot water initially. There are lots of unfinished small jobs, the patio door frame and several of the windows are rotten, the front door does not fit that well and it would appear the guttering needs unblocking.
