heart in the old town

Interiér byl krásný a moderní. Postel byla pohodlná a lokalita byla úplně super, uplně v centru města. Ač na hlavní ulici, byl tam klid a neslyšely jsme žádný hluk.

Ručníky nebyly čisté, radši jsme použili vlastní. Záchod byl špinavý, povlečení také bylo trochu se skvrnami. Vana také nebyla umytá. Paní domácí napsala špatný kod od zámku do zpravy, jeji komunikace byla nejasná, a nebrala telefony, ale nakonec to dobře dopadlo.

Personal, no respondieron a las consultas . Es una lástima que te quede una mala sensación por el personal . Solo dos consultas que les hice , y quedaron sin respuesta . Una pena

The location is perfect as you are right in the old town which allows for easy access to everything. The property was a great size and very comfortable.

The communication from the host was poor. We didn’t receive check in details until 5mins before the 4pm check in time. Then multiple codes were sent which made it very confusing to access the lock box.

Big apartment with nice style

The communication with the host was very bad, they dont answer immediately , the details about how we will do the check in , they send it to us 2 hours before our staying and we ask them many times before our arrival . The bathroom was not very clean .

Beautiful apartment, comfortable bed and amazing location.

Hosts asked twice for arrival information but didn’t respond when we asked for early check in (no would have been fine but it would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could plan our day accordingly). In the end we had to reach out to them to get our check in information (after check in time) and by that point we were panicking wondering if they would honour the reservation or not. Communication goes a long way. We saw another group staying there in the midst of the same panic when we finally got in.

Loved the photos provided as this made it easy to identify what to look for.

The fact the locked box was at a different location.

That the apartment, as it title says, was heart in the old town. Good price.

It was a very clean apartment, though I found a hair from other person to my pillow. Probably from cleaner? This was the only thing.
