heart in the old town

The booking was cancelled literally as we arrived at the apartment, still no correspondence or money back, very disappointed.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Perfect location. Everything was clean. Check-in went smoothly. Great bathtub, huge sofa, wardrobe and TV, floor heating... I would recommend it.

Room had not been cleaned.towels on the floor in the bathroom, bed unmade. extremely poor response from host prior to arrival, actually no response at all. They apparently did not even respond to booking.com. when I arrived at the apartment I did not plan on having to scrub the tub, clean the bathroom sink and toilet and the kitchen sink in order to ensure the cleanliness of the apartment. at property 7:30 p.m. on October 24 and continued attempted attempts to contact property manager received no response. fortunately was able to sleep on the couch but had to live with unmade bed and dirty linens strewn about. extremely disappointed there was absolutely no response from property owners.

Ottima posizione, tutto sommato appartamento accogliente.

In bagno mancavano il bagnoschiuma e lo shampoo. La pulizia non era ottimale, il tappeto in bagno era sporco e nel lavello della cucina c’erano dei rimasugli di cibo nel filtro.

Absolutely stunning apartment right in the centre of everything. Loved the decor, very clean and comfortable, and well equipped. Would definitely recommend it, and would stay again!
