Once you arrive to Seymour Airport in Baltra Island, please take a public bus to Baltra Ferry Terminal where you should take a ferry to Santa Cruz Ferry Terminal. Then, take a bus or a taxi to Puerto Ayora. Give the driver the property's name and directions in order to arrive easily. This whole trip take approximately 40 minutes. To move between islands you can take a boat or plane; please check with your hotel the different schedules.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The staff was very friendly and courteous We would like to thank Luis for always being attentive to our needs His presence makes this hotel very special

The water pressure in the shower was very low. The hot water was VERY HOT It was very hard to control the hot water temperature

The pool is very nice, the room for 4 was huge and most importantly Carlos (who manages the hotel) was really supportive and helped us a lot when we had a medical incident with our son

Breakfast is ok :), but i am french so I am demanding when it comes to bread!

"Never stay in room 203."

The location and staff.

How uncomfortable the shower in the bathroom was in room 203. In the middle of the shower there is a supporting column. This made taking a shower unbearable.
