Spacious newly renovated house in convenient location. Property was responsive providing extra toilet paper when requested

Air con didn’t work in one room. Dangerous stair case with no balustrade, this is extremely dangerous not just for kids but for all ages. Provision of a microwave would have been good.

Big and in good location.

Staircase has no handrail so it is not suitable for seniors or young children. One of the room is w/o bathroom and there is no common toilet so it was extremely inconvenient. It is 2 and 1/2 floors and not 2floors as stated.

Spacious and as per photos. Well equipped with toiletries and appliances Luxury environment but be careful with kids and elderly since all stairs are steep and open

One of the bed has hair all over the bed (yes those types too!) so questionable if sheets been cleaned/changed from previous stays. Other rooms were clean though. Messaged the owner but did not get any response Cobwebs around the place that should be removed.

Location is excellent. Cleanliness is good. House is very big

There is no hot water in one of the bathroom. Family with young children should not stay here as the stairs do not have railings. Also, no action taken by host when told them about no hot water in the room.

More or less the same as photo. Very near to hawker center, walking distance around 10-15mins

Super hot, aircond doesnt seems working on 1 room, but the another room was ok. Stated to have 2 parking spaces but can only fit 1 car, unless u drive 2 Myvi. Staff take hours to reply me, when I ask a question. As a normal person I didnt use before such smart home device, but when I ask the staff, they call me to try myself. Imagine if I could do it by myself I wouldnt Whatsapp so many times and called so many time, of course Ive tried many time only I call.

-easy entry with digital lock. -space is nicely built and renovated. -drinkable water filter is provided. -smart TV available so we can login to our Netflix account. -location is about 10 minutes drive to our preferred destinations in central Georgetown.

-we arrived to find most of our toilets had toilet rolls that were almost used up and could not find any new rolls - we had to text the host to request for more. -while water filter machine was provided, the stream of water was just too small and takes too long to fill up a 1L bottle. we ended up purchasing mineral water from nearby convenience store. -we also have the habit of boiling filtered water for drinking but there was no kettle available. -water pressure from the shower head that's in the middle room was very weak. this is the same bathroom mentioned by another reviewer that the shower is inside a bathtub - truly unsuitable and unsafe for the disabled/elderly/children. actually, it's altogether unsafe for anyone as it unnecessarily increases the chance of falls/injuries in the name of 'aesthetics'. apart from this, the showers in the other rooms are good. -the place is mostly clean but there were visible cobwebs around the house - most notably right above the water filter machine. -there is an association office opposite us that sang karaoke and played loud music on both nights of our stay, starting from 7pm all the way to 11pm - the noise is audible from the living area and the bedroom that faces the street. -the host also took up to 24 hours to respond to our queries and took multiple follow-up on multiple platform (WhatsApp and Booking.com chat) - wouldn't be reliable if we needed to urgently reach them.
