The whole area is very clean, well maintained, quite and organized. The design of the buildings is very nice. Room is spacious. Facility was sufficient. Style a bit old, maybe the whole area was constructed 20 years ago.

The hotel was quite empty when we were there. Normally, you get a free upgrade to a river view room, but they refused. Dinner buffet was just so so, not very fresh, and not so many choices. The total quality of the room and meals doesn't match what you pay for.

Las instalaciones son lo mejor. Muy bien mantenidas y el servicio y la atención fueron excepcionales.

El alojamiento fue excelente. Nos sentimos algo acosados por el conductor del shuttle del hotel que nos llevó al aeropuerto. Exigía exigía una propina mayor cuando no teníamos suficiente dinero en cambio. Incluso nos devolvió con desdén lo que le pudimos dar. Eso fue desafortunado. De resto, Nos sentimos muy bien atendidos.

Nous avons tout aimé: Le cadre est magnifique, calme et reposant. Le personnel est agréable et soucieux de notre bien être. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et la vue de ma chambre était magique, vue sur la piscine avec en arrière fond le Nil dans toute sa splendeur. Mon seul regret: mon séjour m'a semblé beaucoup trop court. Je serai resté sans problème une journée ou deux de plus.

I  at this hotel for four days, and unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. In my opinion, the hotel’s current rating does not accurately reflect the quality of service and overall guest experience. The problems started from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was extremely slow and inefficient, wasting a significant amount of my time. The reception staff appeared inexperienced when it came to handling guest concerns and solving problems. What was even more disappointing was the overall attitude of many employees, who rarely smiled and often lacked the professionalism and hospitality expected from a hotel of this category. The room itself was far below expectations. The furniture was very old and clearly in need of renovation. On the first day, I had to change my suite because of a strong unpleasant odor coming from the air-conditioning system. In addition, the mosquito problem was terrible and had a major negative impact on my stay. There were also large ants in the bathroom, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. One of the most inconvenient aspects of the property is that guests depend on golf carts to travel between the reception area, rooms, and parking areas. Unfortunately, waiting times for these carts were often excessive, turning even simple movements around the resort into a frustrating experience. Before my arrival, I informed the hotel by email that this trip was part of our honeymoon. Despite this, there was no acknowledgment, special arrangement, or even a small gesture from the hotel, which was disappointing considering the advance notice. The breakfast was another major letdown. Much of the food was served cold, and some items were of poor quality. Overall, the breakfast experience was well below the standard I would expect from a hotel with such ratings. Perhaps the most disappointing aspect of the stay was the lack of genuine hospitality and guest care.

The room and the balcone were very big and nice decorated.
