Molto curati i giardini, personale continuamente al lavoro per il mantenimento. Livelli di sicurezza elevati per l'ingresso in struttura. Piccolo zoo con la possibilità di giocare con gli animali.

Informazioni non sempre reperibili (es su cosa sia a pagamento e cosa sia incluso), cibo esclusivamente continentale con elevato quantitativo di spezie. Assente un menù basic per i bambini. Cibo non di qualità eccezionale (a nostro gusto). Bagni meritevoli di una ristrutturazione. Personale poco attendo anche alla fatturazione (ho dovuto rivedere il contoalle 3 del mattino pur avendo già saldato tutto la sera precedente perchè non era stato segnato adeguatamente)

The location was amazing, just next to the Nile River. The breakfast and fresh breads were great! The Pools were on another level with an infinity view. The rooms were also nice, small but it was a nice experience booking such kind of interesting rooms. We had booking for two families and we had interconnected rooms which was something we were expecting and it was amazing for us. My child had a lot of fun playing in the child-friendly pools. I highly recommend this place, specially for families with children. The location is very calm and romantic. Do not forget to have early morning walks along the Nile-river right inside the hotel.

Location and facilities

Property was located on a nice place and had a lot of options with restaurants, open buffet and ala cart menus. Staff was very polite and helpful My appreciation and gratitude to Lorna in the reception as she contributed a lot in our relaxed and enjoyable vacation.
