All was perfect - spacious, all clean, quiet, nice kitchen, gas grill, terrace + swimming pool, good location, not strictly in city center, but close enough. Many facilities around (restaurants, shops etc).

Only one thing was not perfect - fees for parking and for cot (10 EUR per day each).

"Lovely ground floor apartment, in a nice quiet area."

Great communication with the booking agent. Very pleasant lady meet us with the keys, and, even though we arrived very late at night, she took time to show us around and explain the AC etc. Nice pool area. Supermarket near by. Well equipped kitchen. Nice terrace area with a BBQ

No soap provided in the bathroom, although shower gel and shampoo were provided. We also had to go out and buy additional laundry detergent, loo rolls and dishwasher tablets as we only supplied a couple of each for a family of 6 staying 5 nights.

"Flott leilighet sentralt i Marbella"

Flott leilighet med et stort svømmebasseng på bakkeplan, bra med solsenger. 5 minutter å gå til stranda. 10 minutter til Marbella Old Town. Stor matbutikk (Mercandona) 2 minutter fra leiligheten og supermarked rett over veien. Anbefales!

New building. Barbeque. Pool. Great layout of apartment. Two bathrooms. Plenty of cupboards. Parking garage. Close to a well equipped supermarket. Proactive hosts, which were reachable via WhatsApp and responded quickly.

Very minor things such as it took a while to figure out where to take the garbage and need for some better utensils for the barbeque.

Spacious, modern well appointed apartment in secure development. About 10-15 mins walk to old town and main hospitality areas. plenty of local shops and amenities within a minutes walk of the apartments

Pool wasn't heated so in wasnt useable for long periods at this time of year (End October / Start November)
