Very clean. Smart decor. Friendly hosts. Thanks very much. We would definitely stay again!

Air fresheners were overpowering. Too many and possibly if property not in use before our stay they could have built up to high concentration. Also our grandson has asthma and can be affected by them. So would have preferred very low level if required.

Beautiful modern property for a bridal party to stay in the weekend of my sisters wedding, fantastic location walking distance to kings Lynn town hall where they got married. Very comfy and felt like our home for the weekend. The lovely homely furnishings really made it feel like ours!

There is only one bathroom, which we knew and came prepared for but just had to be mindful to schedule showers on a morning.
