Absolutely perfect property, Very well maintained. Excellent position. Definitely recommend.

Couldn’t find a bottle opener!! Everything else was perfect!!!!

It was really tastefully decorated and equipped to a high standard. The room layout over 3 floors worked well for us. It had everything we needed for our stay and was walking distance to the town centre. It had a designated parking spot and the main route in and out of Kings Lynn is easily accessible for travel to other parts of Norfolk. Communication from the owner was excellent.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like but instructions on how to use the heating would have been useful (unless they were there and we didn’t find them!)

There was plenty of space for our family if four plus our dog. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped.

It was just what we needed for a family wedding. Very comfortable and well equipped.

It was beautifully presented, spacious and had everything we needed. Was lovely and clean, perfect location and the owners had great communication. Check in was simple and information was provided in good time. Thank you so much for a great stay. Will definitely use again if we are this way.

Beautiful place and amazingly designed, close to town and all the main enjoyments to kings lynn and this has become my new fav place to book also highly recommend the hosts so friendly nice and helpful also there amazing cleaning crews top marks
