Отдыхали всей семьёй и остались довольны. Квартира светлая, чистая, есть необходимая посуда, чистящее, мыло. Рядом с домом бесплатный паркинг, рядом магазинчик и в 100м остановка автобуса (на автобусе примерно 25-30 минут до Венеции на островную часть), заселение удаленное. Сандро присылает инструкции по заселению, информацию о магазинах рядом, а также путеводитель по Венеции.

Из минусов: мы были в конце марта но в квартире было очень холодно, мраморные полы будут плюсом летом когда жарко, но тогда пара теплых носков не помешала бы, спасли бы даже тапочки. Не было утюга и кофемашины, хотя в перечне были заявлены.

A lot of space, location, detailed instructions (check-in, check-out), parking lot

Wi-Fi speed was not the same as described (146 mbit vs 2-4 mbit). Touristic & city tax payment only via PayPal and only before arrival - only after PayPal transfer you'll get info for check-in. If you don't have PayPal - sorry )) even you paid for the apartment already.

"Zatrzymam się tam ponownie."

Świetny kontakt z osobą zarządzającą obiektem. Łatwy odbiór kluczy ze skrytki. Spokojna, cicha (dla mnie ważne) okolica, a jednak tylko 20 minut do samiutkiego centrum Wenecji ( przystanek niemal koło mieszkania). Idealna miejscówka, aby nie przepłacać, a zwiedzić Wenecję lub zatrzymać się po przylocie, przed wylotem ( do lotniska kilka minut autem, dużo miejsca, aby zaparkować pod domem).

Wszystko ok. Może tylko białe, zimne światło w dużym pokoju, ale...to przecież bzdura.
