Micro Studio Apartment in University District- 10 mins walk to University of WA

It was within walking distance of public transportation, which then took me easily to where I needed to go, including the airport.

Kind of dingy. I got a message the morning I was supposed to begin my stay. They said they had to change my room from 3rd floor with a private bathroom to 1st floor with a where’s bathroom, because the one I was going to stay in had bed bugs. They sent pictures of the bed bugs and bug bites from the previous occupants. They said they couldn’t cancel it, that booking . Com had to. They said they were exterminating and you would get a report. The good news is my room didn’t seem to have bed bugs.

Die Lage war gut. Zimmer und Bad waren sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Bett war bequem.

Der Kontakt zum Host war zunächst gut. Auf Grund eines Schadens konnten wir nicht das gebuchte Zimmer mit eigenem Bad beziehen. Uns wurde direkt eine Alternative mit geteiltem Bad angeboten. Wir haben darauf hin freundlich nach einem Entgegenkommen gefragt. Hierzu haben wir keine Reaktion vom Host bekommen, auch keine Nachfrage ob alles okay ist. Es gab keinen weiteren Kontakt, das wünschen wir uns anders.

Good communication! Great location and cost. Very comfortable room. There was a loud college party outside our window one night but didn't affect our sleep, and it was kind of fun to watch.

The stairways were a little dirty. Note no elevators. That did not bother us.

Perfect location if you‘re visiting your UW student. It‘s so close to campus! Less than 5 min walk to McCarty dorm. It‘s on Greek row, but for my 4 day/night stay, the street seemed quiet. The room is not luxurious, but it‘s very clean and was plenty big, the bed was comfy, the bathroom is small but also very clean. The room has a mini fridge, electric water kettle, and mugs/plates/bowls/silverware. There‘s also a large communal kitchen on the floor, if you want to cook your own meals rather than just eating your take-out leftovers. Check-in & check-out was super easy and done entirely through the Bookings app. The staff was very courteous and quick to respond (all via the app, no in-person contact).

It has been a cozy place for me to put my feet up throughout the travel period. Every equipment has been managed and good quality of hygiene and it was very convenient to use a exclusive shower room with rest room. Although I haven't used the shared kitchen but it would work well if You want to use. In location perspective, good to explore the university of Washington.

The location was awesome, and the studio had great heating. It was comfortable, everything worked well and it had everything I needed. I'd stay again for sure.
