Lovely apartment. Great location.

Bed on the small size for 2 male friends sharing. Maybe a king sized bed be better.

Location was amazing, apartment had everything you needed.

Smell as you entered the front door (bins I think).However once in the apartment this was not a problem.

Location was excellent, 3 minutes walk from city centre. Lots of good eating places, though a lot are closed on Mondays. Bury was an interesting and beautiful place for a 3day short break.

Nothing -it was all good.

Location is very close to attractions, restaurants and bars, very tasteful furnishings throughout, really spacious and great support from Kathryn the property agent.

From my first arrival, the immediate impression was the smell in the hall way of the building, there are large rubbish bins in the hall that are creating a fowl smell. In the apartment, there was no welcome letter or manual on how to use any of the facilities in the apartment or a guide for the guests. I was staying as I was taking part in a 2 day running event locally. A full marathon on day one and a half on the second day. There was only 2 bath towels provided and the bedding could do with a upgrade, no hand towels and for a stay longer than 1 night, a single guest will require more than 1 towel. On the morning of checking out I was due to do my half marathon at 8am. This would have given me enough time to run the half marathon, get back to the apartment shower and check out before 12. On instinct i messaged the host to say I will be checking out by 12 and she advised only then that check out was at 10am and couldn’t be changed as she had the cleaners coming in. She admitted to not advising me of this earlier. I had no other option at that point but to not run my half marathon and go back to the apartment & check out. Hence the whole purpose of my visit was wasted and a waste of time and money, as it was great expense travelling to uk, 2 night stay at the apartment & the cost of my races. No apology was given and I find that a 10 am check out is unacceptable. Far to early and extremely inconvenient. For this reason I would advise you to maybe stay in a hotel instead.
