The apartment is fully equipped and spaces pretty big. I was travelling for work and did not use around 85% of all the elements you have there for cooking and cleaning. The location is perfect, just blocks from main areas like restaurants, pedestrian street, gardens, etc... Host was always at the phone via WhatsApp and really no need to contact them due all was ready!

The apartment-building does not have internet access. So, if planning to work from there you have to use your phone provider. Don´t know how difficult is to get it, but I´ll suggest improving on this.
