The Milton sleeps 8 close to York city centre pet friendly

It was comfortable, nicely decorated and fairly well stocked in the kitchen.

The heating system. It was unclear how it worked. We had to contact someone to deal with it. We were cold at times and it was rainy and cold outside. We wanted to feel warm on returning.

This is a beautiful house, very modern very clean and was well above our expectations, location is a short walk to the centre and Ubers from centre cost about £5. The house is clean comfortable warm and very comfortable couldn't have wished for more.

No oven gloves downstairs loo role holder loose.

No welcome pack, ie biscuits, fresh milk, etc (these small items usually come as standard and expected in this price bracket). No basics such as salt & pepper, foil, cling etc in kitchen. No recycling facilities.

Great space for a family and dog! Very nicely decorated house, perfect location if participating in the York Marathon (10 min walk to the start line) and only a short walk (15 min) into the City Centre!

Parking is challenging on the street, and no bins for recycling glass / cardboard
