Modern stylish and very clean

Been very picky and literally the only thing I can say is could of done with extra tea towel and bin bag for kitchen bin

Exceptional location and house!! Easily walkable access to town & all the sites, University of York, York St.John University. Bus stop right just down the street if that’s preferred. The house itself is whimsically decorated but in a classy style. Wonderfully renovated with modern design and well functioning spaces. I was a bit worried about renting a house that is pet friendly, as we are an animal allergic household, but there was no smell, no dander and no evidence of animals roaming the space. The cleaning crew between bookings do an amazing job! Exceeded expectations by miles!!!!

The knives were not very sharp, but I’m super picky about my cutting utensils and this is likely more a reflection of my pickiness than the property itself. There’s really nothing to complain about.

The house was spacious and beautifully decorated and included all the facilities you'd require staying there as a guest.

We cannot identify anything that we didn't like as we thought the house was fabulous.

The house was spotless. Beautifully decorated with individual touches. A little different from the ordinary. Perfect location. Parking wasn't a problem.

The only improvements would perhaps be a chest of drawers in the front bedroom. This isn't a huge problem, especially for a weekend visit though.

Excellent stay has everything we needed. Will definitely come back. Close to city centre!

Very clean and comfortable place. Was there for work . Would highly recommend for a family.

The house was fab. It had everything we needed and the courtyard was a bonus. We had not problem accessing the property - the key lock box worked perfectly, the property was easy to find, free street parking with spaces available. Great location for visiting York. Not a bad word to say about it and would definitely recommend.
