Amazing property and Amazing Staff.

The Staffs, very attentive and helpful. The resort style hotel is nicely furnished with high quality materials. The breakfast is very good, the staffs more than willing accommodate any request we made.

This resort is a little isolated from city and attractions. Nothing within walking distance. The split level room isn't my taste, not suitable older person - risk of falling.

Food and the support staffs were very helpful

Hot Water availability was a big concern.. with the cold weather outside the need for hot water in the shower was a must. But the water was lukewarm

Food can be improved - breakfast is better in many other hotels for this price

Our stay was exceptional, largely thanks to the outstanding hospitality provided by Mr. Arif. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, making us feel right at home. Mr. Arif went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. It was evident that the staff genuinely cared about our experience and were committed to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. The dining experience at Earthen Oven was a highlight of our stay. We enjoyed a memorable dinner at the hotel’s fine dining restaurant, where the quality of the food and the attentive service combined to create a truly memorable culinary experience. The attention to detail in both the food and the dining environment was exceptional.

The location of the hotel was far off from the lal chowk and main attractions of Srinagar..

Amazing location and the property structure was truly native with all required facilities. Would love to visit again.

Sometimes in the night it was bit warm May be due to power outages.
