the hotel receptionist was nowhere when from 2 AM to 7 AM the people next door were shouting, fighting, abusing each other and were totally drunk making it so unsafe, unpleasant to sleep worst ever stay never recommend to anyone no one is there to support neither booking.com nor oyo (channel partner) to take some action against the hotel !

It was horrible stay. I booked the hotel through booking.com. I was given a room full of mosquitoes . I requested them to change the room and waited till night to get a change room . Which is rather horrible night mouse use to travel over me and it is a sleepless night. They said breakfast cannot be served before 10 hence I have to leave morning without breakfast. They have changed my room 2nd day but third while taking bath find geyser is not working. Then decided to leave the hotel after 2nd night though it was booked for 3 nights. Loosing the money for one night . I suggest Booking .com should investigate before enlisting any hotel. We book hotel for Booking. Com tag . Require action from Booking. Com.
