Home needs a little refresher on the inside
USEverything. The fact that it was a stand alone cottage. No overhead noise! The front deck with a view to the bay was the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and early evening wine. The high fenced in back patio was completely private and a peaceful place for tete a tetes. The interiors featured interesting art work, not the generic stuff that one usually sees in rentals. The place was comfortably furnished and met every one of our needs. It was only steps away from the beautiful bayside walk,a walk that we never tired of. I could live here very happily!

USWe had a great time in this cute cottage. Great quiet area. Nice neighborhood. Super close to bay and ocean. Shampoo and soap and coffee and ice were nice extras. Clean sheets. Sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable but I slept great after days in the sun. Parking for 2 cars! Grill in the back and fire pit on the porch! Responsive and kind hosts easy to reach! Thank you!

USI loved the location, a few steps from the bay and a short walk to the beach. It is close to restaurants and the grocery store. Also, having a washing machine and dryer was very convenient. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment.Also the code entry worked flawlessly.
The surprise contact given to us after booking and payment but required before being given the code for entry was unfair. Luckily, there were no problems.
CALocation was excellent for both ocean and bay beach time. Unit has everything two people needed for indoor comfort and outdoor fun and relaxation. Bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with everything needed. Just a wonderful set up all around.
Bathroom was a little small. Could have used a shelf for toiletries (minor thing).

USThis cottage is a diamond in the rough! 1st, the location is quiet & private among many other dwellings. The value in paying a little more money than the surrounding budget hotels is extraordinary. This CLEAN charming cottage feels much more spacious than the square footage shows. It has a very nice living area, full kitchen and dining area. The bedroom is a little tight but very adequate with a nice closet. The bathroom is small but everything is virtually new-bathtub, toilet and sink. Very nice Bay view patio so pleasant to sit on at any time of day. Free parking for two cars. Bicycles, beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach umbrella to use for free. Full-size washer and dryer.Plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. For the little bit of extra cost of renting here, it is definitely worth it! Don’t pass this one up! The property management company was immediately responsive to a couple questions I had. The cottage is old, but that is a big part of the charm. It has been well maintained.
The bathroom is small and not much countertop area. That’s a small inconvenience because the bathroom is all new!

Bed was comfortable, beach chairs and towels were great, Bikes available but we had so many graduation activities and parties elsewhere so we were pretty wiped out and ready to relax late at night!!
