Wave Stays - Ground Floor Apartment - Outside Seating Area

Could do with a little paint job, couldn’t find bedding for sofa bed, cleaning could be better, crumbs on table and floor,

It was clean only thing lacking was washing machine

Beds little but not much uncomfortable and hot water went off at ten

Location was ok . Short walk to sea front and shops. Apartment was very spacious. Very quiet area.

Very cold could not turn thermostat over 21° curtains at patio doors didn't fit so wouldn't close without leaving gaps. Large wrought iron gate to property is hanging off and dangerous.

The layout was good overall very clean.The keyless door was great.

The bed room that was supposed to be a double bed was just 2 beds pushed together.Couldnt use the oven it was smoking needs a good clean.when I pulled the settee out had to clean/vac there were crumbs dirt underneath both settees..

So much nicer than staying in a hotel. Lots of space. Beautifully decorated, comfortable seating, well kitted out kitchen and really comfortable mattress. Big dining table was great to work from, with lots of natural light on quite a wet day. The infrared heating kept us lovely and warm (good explanation in the house file). This is a great place and will definitely book again when next here. Cleveleys is lovely

Was cold struggled to get central heating on and then couldn't turn it off, no plug for a bath

Four of us just stayed for one night. It was nice spacious accommodation with lots of facilities and we were comfortable and able to have a meal at the dining table. The accommodation was well maintained with decent sized bedrooms and four single beds which was great. I think it was good value and I would consider staying again if I needed to visit the area again.

Personally for me the mattress was a bit too soft. Also the shower pressure was not very strong but it was nice and hot. The house is heated by infrared heating technology. My family got a bit too warm with this in the night and the thermostat was clicking for some reason. One thing that would of been handy is a sponge in the kitchen to clean things.
