Once inside, the decor and overall feel of the place is lovely. Once all the outdoor renovations are complete it will be a smashing.

Just couldn't find the bedding for the bed settee and it was too late to contact the host. We managed with all the throws off the other 2 beds.

Location good , lots of space , good facilities

Requested earlier check-in as going to a funeral check-in is 3pm to late, and if you want to change it you'll have to pay more, no staff just get sent a code for the door . Damp in bedroom, no washing up liquid, and the garden area need a clean up , behind the fence is a dumping ground .

Very Clean, Has all the necessities. Including kitchenware etc. looks like the pictures. Pretty responsive on the chat.

Probably could do with firmer Mattress

The location and space was very ideal for our family. It was close to the prom and amenities as well as being a quiet residential area. We loved the open planned living and dining area, as well as the outdoor space which was very private. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, with plenty of room for storage and hanging space throughout the property. Communication with the host was extremely helpful and gave fast replies which was very appreciated. We appreciated the private entrance to the property too. And felt it was good value for money.

Child safety was a little bit of an issue with accessible plug sockets, and the entrance door didn't appear to lock from the inside, even though it automatically locked from the outside. It was easily opened from the inside. The overall cleanliness of the apartment was very good, especially the kitchen and bathroom. However more attention to detail could have been made to areas such like under the sofa and dusty in some places. There were also cigarette butt ends found in the outdoor area. Overall, very satisfactory.

Ideal location, parking included, all amenities you could need.

No mirror in twin bedroom and a full length mirror would have been useful somewhere.

Central location. Apartment was well equipped. Plenty space for 4 adults.

A full length mirror in each of the bedrooms would be good. Maybe a large mirror over dressing table in main bedroom. Struggled with 2 tile mirrors in bathroom for make up etc. Some damp apparent in the apartment Flaking paintwork on carpets. Needs attention. Security deposit of £100 must be paid before access code given This was returned quite quickly after our departure. Outside rear garden needs a weed & sweep

We enjoyed our stay.Excellent location.Had all the amenities you needed.Clean and nicely furnished.

The outside of the property needs a really good sweep and clean up.Didn't look like the bins had been emptied for some time as they were all full.The backyard area also needs a tidy up ready for people being able to sit out.Nice garden furniture.

Beds comfortable.

The door handle digital lock was awful to use. Couldn't see the numbers to enter the code on arrival due to the sun, It's even difficult to see at night. Outside area needs tidying, not a good first impression. Inside requires a few paint retouching.
