Excellent location on the lake front. Views were beautiful. We set the table out by the window for breakfast. The sofa bed was large and comfortable. Smart TV was great. Kitchen facilities were good. Tea bags, coffee pods, dried toast, croissant and water provided.

A microwave and/or toaster would have been nice but it's otherwise difficult to fault.

Very nice and a great location.

Could not figure out the internet, however, only there for one night and didn’t really have time to worry about that. I am sure if we had asked it would have been passed to us.

Absolutely splendid. Love love love! The view from the apartment was spectacular. The host ever so gentle and kind with all queries. The location was just stupendous. Don’t think about going to Anguillara Sabazia, you must just go however you must stay at Principessa Iolanda. La vista e proprio splendida!

Great place in a pretty little town. Right at the lake and in the old town. Very good communication with the host. Clean, well stacked (coffee, water, prosecco etc) and quiet.

beautiful spot by the lake with great views and a lovely walk by the water.the gelato shop made there own ice cream on site ,it was equally the best gelato in italy.

the parking was not free near the unit,so i had to leave the car in the supermercato all day then retieve it at night.not convient.
