A fabulous location, overlooking Lake Bracciano. The apartment was perfect for a couple. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the well equuipped kithen. Our host had also kindly placed still and sparkling water and a small bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for our arrival. We relied on a fantastic blog, https://travelconnectexperience.net/anguillara-sabazia/ , to inform us of things to do, places to visit and where to dine. A train ride into Rome takes 40 minutes and costs an unbelievably cheap €2.60 each way!

We have no complaints about the apartment but as someone who has vacationed many times in the south of Italy, we found the dining options on the Aguilllar Sabazia lakeside to be a little dissapointing, with burgers and Pizzas being the most popular offerings. We finally found two excellent reatuarants - Trattoria da Lalla (husband and wife serving truly authentic Roman Cuisine) and Restaurant Harvey's. Apparently there are much better restaurants in the old town, which we did not have time to visit.

Brilliant location, great value for money. It was easy to find. We had a wedding near Trevignano so stayed here for a night. Coming from Rome where we had paid a lot more for a hotel, this was a pleasant find and nice and quiet away from it all.

No air con just a ceiling fan. Not a huge issue but would have been more comfortable in summer to have air con. There were some people out by the water front in the hotel early hours in the morning making some noise, but we had got back quite late anyway so wasn't a problem and obviously wasn't the host's fault. Communication could have been a little better as we didn't get the code for the lock box until just before we arrived, plus I had to chase this.

Clean, cozy apartment, really nice location. Overall we had a great stay.

Host was incredibly welcoming, helpful and generous. Went above and beyond expectations.

Very far from train station, but there is a bus to the station. Location is beautiful and worth the distance from the train station. Highly recommend.
