Property was nice

Only the buffet seem to be the only option available for food as you needed a reservation for dinner. Which were all booked. Buffet food was cold. There weren’t other food options available.

The staff was very polite and friendly. The resort was very clean

My room phone didn't work. Also my water wasn't working properly. The first night I was there I had to call maintenance because my toilet was not flushing.

The view from my room was amazing, being able to see the beach from my room, I loved the outside shower. Food was good at the restaurants that I have dinner.

I wasn't fond of how far I had to walk to get to breakfast especially in that heat. Did not like that the only place you can get beach towels was at the pool.

The excursion we did was absolutely amazing. The rooms were. Clean and the kept up on. Few minor things but nothing serious. When we arrived to room they decorated with balloons and Happy Birthday streamer with champagne and cake for my husband. Exactly how I requested.

Everything was good except the food. Also some of the workers were a bit rude. When asked for room service and to refill mini fridge the workers were great.. Seemed to be 50/50 for attitudes.

Easy to found restaurant and room. It was clean

Well not a big deal but the TV didn’t have much to watch.

I was placed in the wrong type of room for my first night. My jacuzzi didn’t work and wasn’t repaired. The cost didn’t necessarily equate to the experience.

I have stayed at many resorts and this by far is the WORST. I booked a rooftop suite with a jacuzzi and a king size bed. The room was mediocre at best. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary (which was information i shared ahead of my stay). When we arrived we were given a room with 2 full size double beds. When I asked why I was told that's all that was available and maybe I could switch on another day if one became available. I was invited to a "special" breakfast and then badgering about joining their "travel club". Just so you're aware if you don't join their "club" you're pretty much treated as invisible. To make matters worse the first night I wanted to use my rooftop jacuzzi there was no running water at all. I called the front desk repeatedly but got no answer. When I asked the next day if the water gets shut off after a certain time I was told it does not and if I didn't have water I should've called! I wish it ended there but then to make a bad situation worse when I attempted to use the "suite's" rooftop jacuzzi again the water came out a trickle at a time. I spoke with a supervisor who told me she would send maintenance to "check" it or at least confirm there was an issue with it. Surprise...no one ever came. When I inquired about getting a refund of the difference between a regular room and the jacuzzi suite since the jacuzzi didn't work I was told since I booked through a 3rd party I would have to take it up with them, despite the fact that the hotel itself charged my card. I'm surprised by the positive reviews I did see because as I said I've stayed at plenty of resorts but this by far really was the worse. NEVER AGAIN!

Everything and everyone were very nice. I will recommend it. The rooms are spacious. I loved the greenery and natural parks. Pools and restaurants were very good clean, and the workers are all so polite. Starting with the front desk clerk Junior his service was over the top. Johvanny @ Las Torres restaurant was very attentive. The entire staff were helpful and friendly. I will visit again once a find a good deal on the price.
