Absolutely beautiful resort with excellent food options. Beach access was great! The spa experience was incredible and a beautiful facility.

Making reservations for restaurants was a challenge. No reservations available for 3 days!

The room itself was comfortable which had a view of the beach. It was a wonderful view.

Some of the employees driving the golf carts around the compound were very rude. I feel for the money I spent at the resort they could be a little friendly and accommodating. The wait for the cart was horrible.

The property was a great location. Beach was great. Some staff was also great, such as Crispín and one of the ladies at the desk. Overall staff was very friendly which is great.

I was here 8 years ago and things have changed for the worse. I booked 3 rooms. All had issues. From lights not working, to fridges not working, to the fan not working. Mold/mildew all in the showers. Even had a cockroach in one of our rooms. Just very frustrating when you pay a fair amount of money. Checking in was the worst. Took an hour just to check in. Then was called back to say I owe more money! They said I should pay an adult price for my 17 year old. Even though I had everything already book, with ages included and was quoted a price. They eventually said I did not and it was a system error. Just all so very frustrating. Lastly we were interested in the travel club. We were with them for a few hours and just needed to know the price. We asked several times and it was frustrating. I needed to take my medication and just wanted to get the prices so my husband and I could discuss and make a decision. We would have defiantly did it but the hassle to get the price was just what turned us off.

It was very clean, everyone at the resort was extremely friendly and made you feel safe and at home. I would recommend this place for anyone and all ages.

The location next to the beach. (If your room is well located )

The hotel is enormous and some of the rooms are far from everything (like mine) Additionally, Some of the rooms are pretty old. Like Mine with a very strange smell. I asked for a change because The bathtub didn’t work ..: the little fridge didn’t work ..: and only when the electronic door key stop working then, I was moved to another more modern room and with a better location. The food in the buffet is very repetitive At the other restaurants , food was better. However as a solo traveller, I was discriminated when assigning a table. Families and Groups had always preference. On top , I got food poisoning and had to call a doctor and spent two days in bed
