The location was good, the employees were all very friendly.

The facility needs a lot of work!. In 6 days 1. I was shocked by the electrical gadget next to the door as it fell off the wall. (In the first room) 2. In the 2nd room, there was blood in the sheets. 3. I was cut by a VERY sharp edge on the balcony door 4. The shower doors are worthless as the water comes out the sides and runs into the room. I literally had to use every towel available and call out to a housekeeper to help me. 5. We purchased a tour from the hotel, and the captain was so rough that my sister bumped her head and was left with a concussion and a black and blue forehead. 6. There was a stomach virus going around, and people were being hospitalized for it. 7. If you lean against the headboard, the lights in the closet turn on and off! Fire waiting to happen? Spoke to supervisor and hotel manager, and all I was offered was a discount for future stay... REALLY??.. Who would ever go back. DONT DO IT!!

The location of the property. The ability to visit sister properties and the evening shows. The swimming pools and the ability to swim up and order a drink.

The room could have been cleaner. I felt that the housekeeping staff didn't take the time to freshen the room daily. Also the beds were not well made.

Friendly staff, excellent customer service and great food service.

Linen were a little dull. I went one night without any linen at all!!!

The location was gorgeous.

I already said a bit in my Google review, but the room was quite dirty, bathtub was broken and they were trying to sell me a vacation plan before breakfast and before fixing any of the issues. Also got food poisoning during my last days.

Daily entertainment for families, spa is amazing

Unclear information on entertainment schedule and time not all foods were clearly labeled. Resort Too big and wait for carts took time

The grounds were nice and the beach was beautiful as was the water. The food was generally very good, both the buffets and the ala carte restaurants. The staff was friendly. We also enjoyed the sports facility.

The air conditioning in one of our rooms didn’t work. Attempts were made to fix but to no avail. We didn’t change rooms because we didn’t want to split the family to different buildings. Other guest during our stay shared they were having issues with their room as well, primarily water leaks and/or no hot water. We didn’t have any water issues.

Food was sub par eggs cold, probably a lot of waist, tried to reserve restaurant ahead then asked at check in. They did not encourage us to sign up fast. The next day very few spots available. Oops typed in wrong spot🙃

Got lost a lot besides map should have printed info (in various languages) Then explain about popular sites instead of writing on map

room was great, pools were great also. and the buffets were also great

We struggled to get reservations because we could not make them through the app until we knew our room number. by the time we got our room number all of the places were booked.
