Grand Palladium Select Bávaro - All Inclusive

Grounds were very clean and manicured. Beach and water was excellent. 1 out of 10 staff were friendly. None of them understood much english. Shook their head like they understood. Don’t go unless you speak Spanish! No gratitude for tips. All 3 rooms during our 6 day stay had major issues. Excursions were tourist traps. Always in a hurry to get you in and out and looking to get you to buy stuff. All items were in American currency but cost of everything was higher than U.S. prices! Don’t recommend D.R.! Best Caribbean we had is still Costa Rica!!!

The grounds were nice, it was clean bell men, refreshing the water daily the pools close to the beach, the spa, the fruity noon alcoholic drinks at the pool. Enjoyed the club music at the pool, sports bar, cool towels at check in, and complimentary cool drink. Guest services quick response with Gatorade and toilet paper

The thermostat in my room didn't go below 76 and it was already hot outside the bathroom was like a sauna no ventilation or fan in there. Called maintenance they got it from 78 to 76 ... enjoyed the rides on the golf carts. The food wasn't what I expected, fruit was warm. Different staff giving different information Check in was 2 hours long which was ridiculous cause it was hot, not enough reservations for dinner. Not enough information or itinerary available. The app is slow and confusing People trying to sell you stuff but not giving enough info Need more bottled water at the bars
