The Pump was leaking sometimes and the pump was really loud. The sofa had some brown stains. Some of the outlets don't work. There is no sound proofing between the floors, so you hear everything happening upstairs.

One of the bedrooms smelled of damp and mould. The other bedroom was very noisy as it was right below the lounge/TV upstairs. Was very hard to get to sleep because of the noise.

Great location for our event. Hosts were lovely and helpful when we mentioned issues

Main room was very damp and smelled. A dehumidifier was brought in which helped. Toilet is on pump, as is shower. Very very noisy which didn't bode well I found the noise from upstairs unsettling because I'm a light sleeper so woke every time they walked to the toilet in the night
