Fayser 108 beachfront with direct pool access from terrace

Podria modernizarse un poco, pero bien en general

Las sábanas y almohadas estaban sucias, olían mal, así como las colchas de las hamacas. La ducha muy pequeña e incómoda con la mampara rota (estaba sujeta con cinta). También había cucarachas y en general, el estado bastante usado y deteriorado. El alojamiento necesita una buena reforma.

Lovely helpful host, great apartment with everything we needed. Baby pool is a bit deep so we couldn’t use it much but everything else was perfect

The location was great. The direct access to the pool was perfect — at the beginning of May it was completely empty, so we basically had it all to ourselves. Through the back entrance, we could get straight to a peaceful seaside promenade lined with plenty of larger and smaller restaurants and shops. Everything we needed was within walking distance.

In the smaller room, one wall was moldy. The owner said it would be repaired after our departure. The furnishings were older, some parts were falling apart (drawers, shelf under the TV, etc.). We would have appreciated a more thorough cleaning before our stay — the vents were covered in dust. The shower enclosure was patched up with duct tape. A missing small glass pane next to the terrace door had also been replaced only with tape. The apartment was well-equipped with all sorts of items, but some of them could use renovation.

Fantastic location - close to everything and at the same time very quiet. There was everything in the apartment that might be needed. The kitchen was really fully equipped.

The shower space was really small. We saw a cockroach in the bathroom.

Great location, direct access to the pool, plenty of space. Kitchen VERY well equipped. Water in the pool a bit cold, but pool open all night, which was just great!

Location was excellent, beach, restaurants and supermarket all on doorstep. pool was a good size and very quiet. Apt had washing machine which was a great addition, Netflix on TV for night time. There was nothing we felt we were missing. Family with teenage boys, had a really enjoyable stay and woukd go back again.

Only a small thing but shower was quite small

The location was brilliant, 1 min walk to beach, bars shops and restaurants. Pool was really quiet so loads of places to sun bathe. Apartment was perfect for two of us, maybe a squeeze with 3 and it was a 3 bed apartment. Great WiFi, air con, beach towels, tv with Netflix and a little welcome package when we arrived which was nice touch. Juan messaged on WhatsApp to arrange to meet me and hand over keys and show us apartment, he was very friendly and gave warm welcome.

The shower door was broken and took time to heat up but other than that everything was really good
