Grand Palladium Palace Resort Spa & Casino - All Inclusive

It has plenty of things to do, many restaurants, I got an update cause the Grand Palladium was full, it was amazing, great rooms, excellent service and food, oh and the drinks, amazing

The beaches

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. They are only nice when you check in after you are on your own. My room phone was broken during our whole stay of 5 days we only had one tv that worked in our room the power went out the same night for 10 minutes. I contact the management at the lobby they did nothing and told me to download WhatsApp to contact them since my room phone was out. They only answer my WhatsApp one time during our whole stay ,at checkout did not come to our room to help with our luggage had to send my husband to the lobby so someone can pick up our luggage .80% of the staff had an attitudes like they hated their job but that gives you no reason to treat us poorly one guy call us lazy at the pool because we said we don't want an excursion.They only cater to reward members. You are going to be harassed your whole vacation to join the member club and to buy excursions.Same food every day at the buffet it's very hard here to get a reservation at most restaurants here we got into 2 one was the same food like the buffet El Dorado's food was good but the hostess was rude

We loved and appreciated the staff. Caribel (sorry for misspelling her name), checked us in. She was great!!! Saudy helped me prior to our arrival. Our housekeeper was absolutely wonderful and always made sure that we had everything we needed. The El Dorado and Hibachi restaurants were absolutely delicious!

The gnats and mosquitoes were a bit overwhelming. The resort app wasn't as helpful. Our room had several issues (most of the things were fixed). The air-conditioning wasn't as cold as needed, the fridge wasn't cold (that was fixed), one of the sinks drained slowly. The food at Bamboo wasnt very good and it was severely slow. The main thing I didn't like was that I couldn't get in contact with the front desk or maintenance on the room phone. I had to walk down to the lobby everytime we needed assistance.
