"Definietly coming back."

Huge property with access to many facilities. 3 buffets to choose from + 9 a la carte restaurants all included. Soccer field + basketball, picker ball, and tennis courts, casino, spa, gym, and a theater. 5 pools to choose from. Gorgeous beach. Very friendly staff. At least 3 cats roaming the property at night. Gorgeous beach and impeccable sunrises.

This is NOT a 5 star hotel. You get what you pay for. I have asked for a do not disturb sign twice but it was never delivered. The cleaning staff ended up waking us each morning.

It was one of the best resorts

I didn’t like that booking gave me a price for a certain room and once I got to the hotel I had to pay $240 plus for an upgrade for the same room I booked on the website ..

The staff used to greet us

Where to start, the rooms were unclean, and the bathroom was unsanitary. We informed them pre trip that we have a medically vulnerable child with us, but they didn't even care. We tried to communicate with the staff but most of them speak Spanish and when we did communicate with the front desk in English they failed to let their colleagues in housekeeping know what we asked for and we had to explain everything again in our broken Spanish. So, a huge communication gap is persistent between the front desk/guest services and the other teams. If you request any necessities, you don't receive them until the next day. The room service team doesn't refill your mini fridge or provide water regularly. I asked for 2 days straight, and then I approached the front desk for water. The housekeeping team will do the bare minimum. The whole place is crawling with roaches and bugs, we have been to other resorts, but they are not like this they are even in the salad bar in restaurants. So, it is safe to say that we will never be returning to Grand Palladium Palance

"Overall the stay was nice."

The people were nice.

Well when we got there they gave us crappy room that wasn’t clean, tv was broken and hair the couch. Then we got switched to another room and there was water all over the floor and I slip and fracture my leg really bad, so I will be going to get X-rays done when I get home.
