Grand Palladium Palace Resort Spa & Casino - All Inclusive

It's a beautiful place.The location is idyllic. The hard thing is getting around all 3 resorts to different venues. We enjoyed the food. Beach and pools were great. We had issues with our room throughout our stay. The customer service varied throughout our stay. We had wonderful service and some not so great service. We were glad we went but will not go back.

Many options for meals and all were very good to excellent.We ate at different nationalities every night and none disappointed. Great options for families and adults. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I'm sure this is a common problem that the only way to get a poolside or beach side chair was to reserve one despite signs that said reserving chairs not allowed. Much promotion of buying into the resorts and trying to sell services like spa,tours etc.

The position of the resort and the beach…other than that everything else was not a 5 stars experience.

I didn’t like Restaurants and buffets, the food was not good and the service was awful, totally disorganized and not clean. It happened that a waiter stool a spoon from my table while I was eating and gave it to another guest…I used the spoon and the waiter didn’t check it before gave it to another person…gross! The cleaning of the bedroom was not good, they didn’t vacuum the floor and the bathroom was old and not everything was working.

Location of the hotel is good, long beach walks! There is an adults only pool but can also turn into a party area at times. Expect your sunbed to be taken if left to go for lunch.

Sofa beds are terrible uncomfortable! Don’t go if you are a single woman and don’t want to be harassed by the staff! Employees do not seem to know the boundaries of not chatting up the hotel guests! Very disrespectful!!!! If you complain, don’t expect your problem to be resolved!
