Colombo Skyline Luxury Apartments at Tri-Zen - Pool and Amazing City Views

Great location, close proximity to shops and malls. The guy who was managing the property on behalf of the owner was very nice and courteous. Gave us helpful tips and places to visit in Columbo.

The wife of the owner was absolutely rude and impatient. No warmth or welcome. We received a rude message to pay immediately whilst we were dining. The owners currently reside in UK (newly migrated - so we learnt) definitely need to work on social skills and hospitality. Absolutely appalling!!

We were cooking and then the gas went out, the idea to have an apt is to enjoy the facilities. But rather then this all was good

We absolutely loved our stay here! The place was not only beautiful but also spotlessly clean. One of the highlights was the incredible view of Colombo — especially the stunning view of the Lotus Tower right from the apartment. It really added something special to our trip. The location was super convenient — everything we needed was nearby, from shops to attractions — and there were so many food outlets just around the building, which made dining really easy. Our little one especially loved the kids’ play area and the rooftop space — it was such a nice touch for families. We felt very safe and comfortable throughout our stay. We’d definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Colombo!

The location is perfect near all conveniences. Walking distance to great coffee shop. The rooftop view is amazing. The building is well maintained and we enjoyed gym and pool. The appartment is cozy and clean and the manager really friendly and helpful.

The pillows are too hard

Very nice apartment in a perfect location. Very easy to go to different places, and has restaurants and supermarket right across the road. The inside of the apartment is beautiful, and comfy for all of us. Amazing city view from the balcony and windows. If we are back to Colombo, we will stay here again

Curtains inside the small bedroom are broken, and cannot be opened, which is a shame, as the view from the window is beautiful. No side lamps inside both bedrooms. No hair dryer.

We stayed on the 29th floor and loved the stunning views overlooking the Bay Area and the Lotus Tower. The apartment was clean and had enough space for our family of four (2 adults and 2 children aged 8 and 12). While the second bedroom is quite small and the double bed there is smaller than the one in the master, both beds were comfortable, and each room had its own AC unit, which was great. There is only one shower, located in the master bedroom’s en-suite, which could be a consideration for larger groups. The apartment was well-equipped overall, although it didn’t have a hair dryer during our stay. I’ve notified the owner, so hopefully it’ll be available for future guests. The kitchen is compact but met our needs, as we only used it for breakfast. A big plus was having access to a washer and dryer. The apartment block is in a convenient location, within walking distance to several main attractions. There’s a gym and swimming pool on the 11th floor, which was a nice bonus. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would be happy to return. The apartment was reasonably quiet, though you can hear music from the nearby temple at times—earbuds might be helpful if you’re a light sleeper. The owner also arranged our transfer from the airport, which made arrival stress-free.

Great place for a city stay. Good location, well equipped and modern. Pricier than some other options in the vicinity, but in our view worth it.
