Excellent location, clean & tidy apartment, quality toiletries & linen. Loved the view from the apartment. The hosts were in town & were extremely helpful and quick with solving any queries & concerns. It's a new apartment, well equipped with modern amenities.

Some teething issues but were quickly attended to.

Wow! This apartment exceeded our expectations. Luxurios apartment with a fantastic view and great facilities- pool, gym, and a rooftop. On top of this, the communication with the apartment manager is smooth and greatly appreciated. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a luxurious stay in Colombo.

Nice fully equipped apartment

Can be quite noisy on the 29th floor from the street and don’t expect to sleep after 5 am when the mosque starts calling for prayer.

Stayed 2 nights on arrival to Sri Lanka Was showed around by Ruchira who was really friendly and polite and helped me collect train tickets to for the train to Ella Lovely view of Lotus tower Apartment has a cooking area, hob and microwave , fridge/freezer and washer/dryer Double bedroom 1 with en-suite and another separate toilet Sitting/dining area with balcony Comfy sofa and big TV with access to Netflix Aircon worked great The Gym has weighs , treadmill, bikes and x-trainer and smith machine and benches There’s drinking water in the gym Access to roof top for amazing city views 2 easy access small grocery shops - Kells and a Spar The Spar had vegan ice cream 😍 Really well presented and clean

We had an amazing stay! The apartment is located at a wonderful location right next to the beach, mall and shopping areas. Both the property manager and the person in charge of the apartment were very responsive online and made the entire stay super comfortable. The apartment in itself is quite luxurious and the view is stunning! Worth the money for sure
