Beautiful little cottage. Great facilities and lovely welcome box. Close to all amenities and kept fully updated by Marie. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back. Great value for money too.

Great location plus free parking which is a bonus when it’s busy in town. Good communication with host Marie. Lovely large cottage with modern decor. Town centre on the doorstep. Would definitely stay again

"Gorgeous cottage"

Gorgeous cottage right in the heart of lytham. Everything in the cottage is really good high end quality, even the bedding. The cottage is a generously sized and has an area next to it to park your car if needed. Because it’s right in the centre you won’t need your car again until you are leaving. Marie was absolutely lovely and helpful, she replied to our messages straight away. We really enjoyed our stay.

Central location close to beach and shops, restaurants, bars etc.

No outside space and the neighbours yard backed onto our kitchen window.

Everything! The cottage was beautiful and a joy to be in. The location was amazing for the beach and the Lytham Festival and the shops / bars / restaurants of Lytham. And the off street parking was a huge bonus. Marie was a kind and helpful host, and everything was very smooth and easy. Best stay ever!

Fantastic location near the shops and restaurants and a short walk to the sea front. Lytham is a beautiful little town, lots of nice restaurants and bars beautiful seafront close enough to Blackpool for easy access to the Pleasure Beach but far enough away to avoid try the seediness. Cottage was very well equipped. We will be back!

Ideal location. Good size rooms. Walkable to facilities and beach. Everything you could ask for the stay.

Stair height limited for the taller person.
