There was a fridge in the room which was handy...

The door handle didn't seem sturdy so we didn't feel secure. Communal kitchen so we felt worried we would get our deposit withheld due to other guests cleanliness. It wasn't the cleanest place to stay. The bedding smelt fusty so I slept on it rather than in it..i didn't feel i could relax here.

The location is great for either The Etihad Stadium or Co Op Live. The room was clean and bright

The check in process seemed a bit chaotic and neither the listed mobile number nor the PayPal invoice for the security deposit actually worked. Nearly a week later, our deposit is still to be refunded.

Could have done with a bit more cutlery in the room, although there is a shared kitchen downstairs to take from. Not the biggest room and no sofa to rest on, but suited our needs well for the weekend

The property was clean and cosy just what we wanted and a brilliant location just near the etihad stadium and the co op live arena which we was attending

Overpriced Unfriendly owner, denied me access to the washing machine (automated, mobile-controlled washer) but favoured another lodger who washes every other day.

Dirty, unclean, leak under sink. Also tried to contact about a lock which was broken multiple times, to then keep money off the deposit without any conversation.
