Fantastic place! Could not have wished for anything more. Had everything I needed for a week’s stay. Lovely friendly hosts who were on hand to make sure I was happy. Very comfortable and clean made for a really great stay. Thank you Stephen & Janice

Nothing at all to do with Kodi’s Place but I wish I had’ve remembered to pack my slippers! Ha ha The property has a mixture of tiled, wooden and carpeted floors.

Warm welcome, excellent facilities, beautiful accommodation and so easy to access Belfast. Train literary 200 yards away but no train noise. We loved it!

Lots of space, we'll equipped with quality fittings and a few minutes walk from the train station to access Belfast. NB far enough from the station for noise not to be a problem.

Couldn't fault it.

Absolutely fantastic place! The host, Mr Stephan always close to help , the place is absolutely spotless, 5 star standards, I am travelling a lot and I know well the standards in this industry, fantastic location not far from Central Belfast. Highly recommend!

"Quality property, with excellent road links to Belfast or the beautiful Antrim c"

This property was superb, host an absolute gentleman. Very spacious, everything you could possibly need to self cater, comfortable, quiet and immaculately clean. It not only came with off street parking but if you don't have a car there s a train station 2 minute walk away. Just in case anyone reading this has any concerns with regards to train noise, it's barely audible and even then you would need to be listening out for it. Property comes with added bonus of a lovely garden. For myself and my wife it was the perfect location for our short family Christmas visit. In terms of value for money nothing comes close. All in all long or short stay you will not be disappointed.
