Very good location right near the beach and they have bikes to rent

We had music every night which was so loud and it kept us up. Nothing the property can do about this though and we are grateful that they gave us some money back due to the inconvenience

We had a wonderful stay here and couldn’t recommend it more. From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel genuinely welcome. They were incredibly kind, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. They even allowed us to check in early, which made a huge difference after traveling. The customer service was exceptional throughout our stay — warm, attentive, and very thoughtful. It truly felt like staying with people who care about their guests rather than just running a business. The location in Panglao was great: peaceful but still convenient to reach everything we needed. One thing we especially appreciated was the airport drop-off they kindly arranged for us, which made our departure completely stress-free. The homestay itself has a cozy, homey atmosphere that gives you a real slice of the Philippine experience. If you’re looking for something authentic, welcoming, and personal rather than a generic hotel, this place is perfect. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended.

The only small downside — and this is very common throughout the Philippines, so it’s not a criticism of this specific place — is that the shower and toilet share the same space with no separation. This means that when you shower, the entire bathroom floor (including around the toilet) gets wet. It’s simply the typical “wet bathroom” style you’ll find in many homes and guesthouses here, and once you get used to it, it’s part of the local experience.

The place is quite big and there is a nice outdoor space for chilling.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with AC, everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent: a 20-minute walk to Dumaluan Beach, one of the best beaches in Panglao. But what truly set this place apart were the hosts. Warm, accommodating, and genuinely helpful: they arranged a motorbike rental (400 pesos/day), sorted a car for a day trip, and even drove us to Tagbilaran port at a fair price. That kind of hospitality is hard to find. I'll definitely be back.

The hosts were super nice, accomadating and welcoming. The room was spacious and well furnished. Its good value for money, a bit cheaper and its a pearl:)

Friendly staff & owners, quiet, local neighbourhood, walking distance to best beach on the island. Fantastic restaurant a short walk away, that was cheap friendly & great food. Completely away from the chaos of the tourist frenzy on Alona Beach. A beautiful & huge room that was spotless. A truly relaxing & comfortable stay.
