Warm Clean Quiet lots of space comfortable beds responsive staff

Location and space, close to Samdringham, lent itself to create Christmas warmth with a few decorations we brought.

In need of good maintenance. Sliding doors not closing, cooker lights broken , bathroom corners mouldy

Property was well equipped and comfortable. Our cabin had 4 bedrooms. The fridge in kitchen could do with being a little bigger if property was at full capacity. Other than that the property was clean and warm. Would highly recommend.

Nothing negative to say, just loved the whole resort.

Modern and very clean accommodation, plenty of space around the lodge which meant you were not right on top of neighbours. Offers a place to relax and enjoy the stunning surrounding countryside.

Was lacking some activities for the kids. Suggest a zip wire as part of outside activities, inside there could be an option to include a pool table as well as table tennis. More advanced but would be great to have a tree climb walk (maybe just for half term) and a covered swimming pool. Appreciate maybe not what the resort wants to include but would make it more attractive for families.

The staff were exceptionally professional and welcoming.

The four bedroom lodges do not have a living room which we knew before we arrived but it wasn't as relaxing in the evening as we had hoped.

Loved we was on our own really Loved the cows in garden /sheep

Communication was wrong to what was available on the day when arrived Took some time and some upset while getting this sorted all are aware at the place

Lovely peaceful setting lodges fantastic size and family friendly

Fire pits needed one in central are a gd size to cook on etc
