Thornton's Sea View Cafe & Guesthouse

We had the best stay ever! The staff are the most amazing people, so kind, helpful and welcoming. We celebrated Christmas with them and they made us feel like one in the family. They have a special place in our hearts ❤️ Highly recommend !!!

I loved the views from up here and would have liked to stay longer. You will need a moto. Staff and other guests were nice, manager especially friendly. Even if you don't stay here, why not come for a drink and the sunset views. Good for upscale meals and special occasions. Bring your friend to celebrate birthday.

The location of the place is just amazing!! The staff is just amazing!! The rooms are just amazing!!! So our stay was simply amazing! Also the nice vibe around the people staying there, thank you very very much and also for how easy you made everything. Happy birthday again and we really wish to come back soon!! All was perfect!

Amazing view and people! Good WiFi and private rooms with fan. It can get a bit hot in the rooms in the daytime, but simply step outside and chill in the restaurant/bar where the breeze cools you down. Very nice food and the most amazing and welcoming hosts!

The view... if you want a beautiful view .. it's worth the money...

Small room and bathroom need to be upgraded

The owners’ attention was wonderful; we truly felt very comfortable at all times. They even took us to the terminal to catch the boat. They were so kind that it makes you want to stay for more days. The view is spectacular, the photos don’t do justice to the hotel’s view. The wifi works excellently, and the food is very delicious. Highly recommended!🫶🏼

I had a wonderful time in the mountains with Ann and her family. She is nice and generous, with a big Philippino heart. She made me feel at home straight. The view is breathtaking. The room and comfortable and very clean. Plus the food is good. Prefect place to stay in mountain.

Maybe the bumpy road to the hotel. But it's the Philippine style sometimes

They try their best to get the best outcome for any situation. - Owner Anne is reliable and available to contact any time of the day, offers a bike rental ans helps out where she can - the view is amazing - unlimited cool drinking water

(Maybe this was particularly to our room, however): - the sheets were fresh, however, the rest of the room had spider webs, particles from insects that came through the roof - no sink, poor shower and water pressure, just a raw toilet seat with no „ring“ to sit on - no Wifi - the look didn‘t function as you could just push the door open - the fan was very dusty and frankly, useless - no AC - DO NOT be afraid of insects - the hut was built very provisionally
