1. Convenience: super near to the place of our church friend 2. Cleanliness: facility was clean and tidy 3. Owner/Staff: accommodating and process of rental and turn-over after use of the place was coordinated smoothly 4. Completeness of Items: Everything already provided in their facility 5. Price: very affordable for a solo traveller and you also have your own room.. other options with the same price are dormitory-type rooms that are for sharing
