I liked the place it is complete with tv ( cable and internet) , refrigerator, microwave and utensils to use. Detergent and soap are available as well. Complete as if you are at home. Garbage disposal located at the lower ground. Tight security is thete and you have to present your identification. This condo is clean and smells good when you enter. The host is friendly and can easily chat if you need something. . Near to 2 malls (sm lanang and abreeza).. Northpoint have 5 bldgs and this place is located at bldg 3, Near jp laurel st. and i can see people riding public transportation.

The only downside is the parking space. I am paying php400 for 12 hrs.
