"Turned away when U saw other guests inside"

There was nothing to ljke. I was not allowed to stay.
Receiving an email instead of a phone call to alert me that my stay had been canceled because of pipes bursting in my room..I feel skeptical about that excuse after I was requested to send my photo ID before arriving. I believe I was racially profiled in a negative way.

"I didn’t get to check in"

The property owner cancelled 2 hours before I checked in with no explanations through the following message: “Hello the room you booked is currently unavailable. You shall be refunded in full for the booking. Apologies for the inconvenience” I’m yet to receive a refund as of May 20, 2026.

Quiet,floors a little squeaky in the rooms but outside of that the stay was cool
I am a light sleeper so me hearing my neighbors was a little bit of an issue for me…outside of that. The stay and other occupants were very nice and friendly.
