Central location, close to bus and tram stops. Easy to locate from train station.

Any issues were resolved with the owner, will definitely stay here again.

Very spacious. Two double beds in two bedrooms really handy for young children families. Bedding was clean. Warmed up well with heating on. Allowed us to check in half an hour earlier when we called to ask as we arrived early.

There was a very strong smell of cannabis which seemed to only be in the lounge area, it remained throughout our stay. This should have been told to us given we had three young children. The receptionist sent me a message to say she was available 9-3 Mon-sat yet when I tried to contact tuesday there was no response. I contacted in advance to ask whether we needed towels, the response was they provided them. However we arrived to find 4 small towels, for 5 adults and 3 children. There was no hair dryer, I called for help on how to use the heating and asked about the hair dryer, they said sorry cleaners should have checked, I explained we had come without one after again it stating they provided one. There were no hand towels or bath mats in the bathroom either. The cooking facilities were very very limited. The Kitchen chairs legs were all bent and very unsafe to sit on. The fridge had not been cleaned, full of crumbs. The radiator behind the main door fell off when we opened the door, water squirting everywhere. Fair play somebody came quickly to fix it however he came in and out of the property without letting us know or conversation, also leaving the door open when we had young children- some communication would have been helpful. From the outside and shop under all falling apart, doesn’t feel welcoming.

It was a hidden gem inside was massive clean and the beds was comfortable close to the beach

It looked horrible from the outside it was hard to find not no sign on the front until you get to the blue gate we had a double pram so we found it difficult with all the stairs

Spacious, clean, comfy beds, homely, inviting

Everything was perfect

Lovely property, plenty of space and no complaints would definitely return

Beds was really comfortable

Washing machine wasn’t plumbed in and cooker didn’t work either
