Close to the sea. Spacious and clean.

The property was very nice

Broken tv and could do a touch up with paint but all in all brilliant place to stay

it was freezing even with the heating on

The location was great and the place was clean and tidy

The check in instructions were useless and apparently you need to provide photographic id in order to get your codes but they don't actually tell you that is a condition just a 'would you mind sending us' and don't mention it at all until you 30 mins before the check in at the bottom of a long text message when you are already probably en route. Oh and it's not clear where you send them to. Then when you finally get in touch with the manager Tony to ask for the codes they are neither apologetic nor do they offer an explanation of why they need this id when they haven't once requested it in the 2 months since you booked. What's more they don't actually give you the codes after you manage to find an old photo of your passport on your phone and send it on to them they then want to send round a member of staff to check that they want to let you in. Honestly I cannot stress enough how vile this man Tony Furnivalis was and I would never rent anything he owned again. He accused me of being drunk and you could tell this was his normal strategy with women. Rude and ignorant and threaten not to let you in knowing that would make you frantic. When the member of staff turned up you could see she was absolutely mortified to see that we were just a normal family - not drunk, not aggressive, not rude just keen to get inside and relax. This horrible man made us wait over 45 minutes to get entrance to his property just because he could. Don't rent from this man. I intend to make a formal complaint to Booking.com and will also be contacting Blackpool council.

To begin with... extremely rude manager, who does not listen to your query n does not know how to address it... neither does the staff respond to the messages sent via booking.com... there was no FREE toiletries as mentioned in the facility list, no washing detergent for clothes, almost all window locks in the rooms were broken, one of the bedroom had a broken television, missing remote and a broken chair... the pictures are deceiving, no bathroom floor towels, floor gets slippery, the shower drain was clogged big time... my poor dad got it cleaned for them... the bedside lamps had bulbs missing, the wall clocks don't work... n the location is unsafe at night..

Comfy beds, good location to the sea front

Wasn't as clean as you would expect, Strong urine smell in liven room, Dead flys all over window sills, kitchen not cleaned properly.

The location is good, the bed is big

- Hard to find, the apartment is located in a small valley, very scary - Very limited cooking stuffs - Wall painted pelled off - Strong smell - Scary and haunted, my 1 year old child even cry whole night, cant sleep

Excellent property quiet spacious in a very good location especially for families with little ones near loads of shops and receptionist of the property was helpful
