Not being told that there was an electric meter that needed coins. We weren't prepared. Only having one saucepan.... Walking into cobwebs on entry. Fousty smell throughout.

very comfortable and clean chalet. very nicely updated, bathroom would do very well in a best holiday chalet contest. good beds. very useable kitchen. tv in every room.

only 1 saucepan in kitchen, otherwise had everything you could need.

The chalet was clean and tidy. Beds were made up on arrival. It was very quiet. Staff cleaning the chalets were very polite and chatty. Would highly recommend and would definitely book again.

Whilst there the club on site was under renovation. Therefore we had to go to another club on a different site. The club off site was welcoming and we were able to have a good time.

The chalet is light, bright and airy, and had obviously recently been renovated. It is comfy, and has a new fitted kitchen. The hot water system was great. Lovely large bathroom, modern with electric shower. Freeview TV, one in each room. Washing machine. Small fridge freezer, perfectly adequate for our short stay.

There was a distinct lack of kitchen utensils, pots and pans. Also no provision for drying washing. There was space for 5 people, say a couple and three children, yet only 2 spaces at the breakfast bar for eating and no other dining table/chairs or even trays for eating on laps. The site could do with a bit of maintenance, it was just looking tired.

The property was extremely clean and updated. plenty of heaters provided as it was cold at night! was close to everything and nice and quiet. cannot wait to stay again!

Me and my ocd here but maybe just the hoover needs updating other than that everything was perfect

The Chalet was situated right near to parking bay. I Was emailed code for key lock which made it easier & quick to access property (no reception necessary). As my friend & I entered the chalet; we were pleasantly greeted with a welcoming, clean & modern accommodation. It was well equipped with all essential appliances; including TV's in every room -  'like being at home'. There were tea, coffee, milk, biscuits available. Also a hoover, iron, sponges/cloth, t-towel, tin foil, cleaning products etc. (Not that we intended to iron or clean during our stay) Ha! Ha! but these are all extras that made our stay homely. In addition; Plug in radiators, a shoe rack, recliner sofas. Great Yarmouth is only 8 miles away. What A fantastic place for gifts for everyone!  Wroxham is just 16 miles away. You can shop, enjoy fish & chips, ice-cream or just take a leisurely trip on boat trip. Would definitely stay again.
