My wife and myself stayed here as a surprise for my wife as she was in need of cheering up.The decor and location were good only a few minutes walk to the arcades in hemsby.was not expecting much being out of season but pleasantly surprised..Felt very homely inside the property the owners have made a good job of this.Nice to have TVs in each room.thanks again and A+++ from us a great place to stay.

If I have to be picky could use a mirror in the bathroom but apart from that no problems at all
